The Gait Master offers users who cannot fully weight-bear, the exciting opportunity to learn and strengthen normal gait patterns and their associated muscle groups.

The Gait Master is a weight-relieving gait trainer, which gives dynamic support throughout the rise and fall of the pelvis during ambulation. As the child steps forward, the active spring system allows the pelvis to drop down into the “heel strike” and “toe off” portion of gait, and then assists with elevation to allow for proper “swing-through”.

Research has shown that the type of self-initiated exploration and interaction of one’s environment made more possible with equipment like the Gait Master and Walkabout, is an important component in social and cognitive development.Gait Master is available in 2 sizes; Child and Adult.
